Founded in 2024, Flora Dalmatica is the only micro distillery in the city of Sibenik, Croatia. Nestled between the Adriatic coastline and the rugged Dalmatian karst, this small-batch distillery blends tradition, wild botanicals, and contemporary craft into every drop. Inspired by the natural heritage of the region – from immortelle, wild sage, and bay leaf to fennel and citrus peel – each plant is hand-picked, just as it once was in the childhood gardens and dry stone fields that shaped local memory.
Crafted in small batches, rooted in centuries.
Spirits are hand-distilled in copper stills, in limited batches, and poured into uniquely crafted bottles — a reflection of what lies within: taste, terrain, time. The flagship product, Lor, is the first London Dry Gin from Sibenik – infused with inland herbs, coastal air, and urban character.
